These terms govern your use of the Datafin website, product features, account system and paid plans. They apply from the moment you access or use the service.
You must be legally capable of entering binding agreements under applicable law. If you do not agree with these terms, you must stop using the service.
You are responsible for keeping account information accurate, protecting credentials and controlling activity under your account. Suspicious access should be reported without delay.
Datafin may apply temporary restrictions, additional verification steps or account suspension where we detect security concerns or abusive behavior.
Datafin provides data visualization, screening, valuation and comparison tooling for informational purposes. Content on the platform is not personalized investment advice.
Market data, metrics and commentary should not be used as the sole basis for trading or investment decisions. Final decisions and risk management remain your responsibility.
Paid plan pricing, billing cycle and scope are shown at checkout. Once payment is confirmed, access is activated for the selected billing period.
Unless otherwise specified, paid plans auto-renew at the end of each billing period. If canceled before renewal, no new cycle is charged and access remains active until period end.
Cancellation and refund mechanics are described in detail on /legal/refund. For cancellations made from the profile subscription page within the first 3 days, refunds are applied unconditionally.
After day 3, cancellation keeps access active until period end and prevents future renewal charges. Mandatory consumer protection rights remain fully reserved.
Unauthorized access attempts, automated limit bypassing, scraping, reverse engineering, security interference or platform misuse that harms other users is prohibited.
Violations may lead to access limitation, account termination, retained investigation logs and, where necessary, legal escalation.
Platform software, branding, interface elements, text, graphics and compiled content are protected by intellectual property laws and rights owned by Datafin or licensors.
Without written permission, you may not commercially redistribute, copy, derive or misrepresent Datafin intellectual assets.
Datafin integrates third-party infrastructure, payment, identity, analytics and market data services. Changes or interruptions in those services may affect Datafin behavior.
Third-party providers operate under their own terms and privacy policies. Datafin is not responsible for indirect impacts arising from systems outside our reasonable control.
We may update, improve, suspend or discontinue features with or without prior notice where required for security, maintenance or product evolution.
While we aim for reliability, uninterrupted and error-free operation is not guaranteed. Planned or emergency maintenance windows may temporarily affect access.
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is.” Datafin disclaims liability for indirect damages, delayed/missing data, opportunity loss and investment outcomes based on platform content.
Subject to mandatory legal protections, aggregate liability for direct claims may be limited to the service fees paid by the user for the relevant period giving rise to the claim.
If your violation of these terms or unlawful use causes claims, losses or costs, Datafin may seek indemnification for reasonable damages arising from such conduct.
To support legal defense and incident handling, related records may be retained within lawful retention periods.
Parties should first attempt good-faith resolution through support channels. If unresolved, governing law and competent forum are determined by applicable legal rules and mandatory consumer protections.
Nothing in these terms limits non-waivable consumer rights that apply in your jurisdiction.
Questions, legal notices and policy concerns can be submitted through /communication. Including account email and request context helps accelerate review.
When terms are updated, the latest version is published with a new effective date. Continued use of the service indicates acceptance of updated terms.
