This notice explains how personal data is processed by DataFin under KVKK across account, usage, support, security and subscription workflows.
DataFin processes personal data lawfully and in line with KVKK core principles: fairness, accuracy, purpose limitation, relevance and retention proportionality.
Identity/contact data (name, email), transaction security data (IP, session logs), user activity data (query/interaction records), request/complaint data and subscription-related billing metadata may be processed.
Raw card credentials are not retained by DataFin; payment is handled by authorized payment infrastructure and only limited status metadata is received.
Personal data is processed to provide services, run subscriptions, ensure security, prevent abuse, respond to support requests and fulfill legal obligations.
Processing relies on KVKK Article 5 (and Article 6 where applicable). Explicit consent is collected for optional activities requiring consent.
Data may be collected via web forms, account workflows, support channels, cookie technologies, system logs, contractual operations and technical billing notifications.
Collection methods are automated or semi-automated depending on workflow, with minimization controls applied to avoid excessive data processing.
Data may be shared with infrastructure, email, authentication, payment and analytics providers where necessary to perform the service and legal obligations.
Cross-border transfer scenarios are handled with legal safeguards, contractual controls and technical protections aligned with KVKK requirements.
Data is retained for periods required by processing purpose, legal obligations and legitimate operational needs, then deleted, destroyed or anonymized.
Periodic disposal workflows are maintained. Data may be retained longer where required for dispute defense, compliance review or fraud prevention.
You may request confirmation of processing, information about processing, correction of inaccurate data, deletion/destruction conditions, transfer recipients and objection to adverse automated outcomes.
You may also claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing within the legal framework.
KVKK applications can be submitted through /communication with sufficient identity verification details. Additional verification documents may be requested when necessary.
Requests are reviewed and answered within statutory timelines. Where additional costs are permitted by law, applicable fees may be charged.
This notice may be updated to reflect legal or operational changes. The newest version is published on this page with a revised update date.
